Ok folks, i know its been real sporadic of late, its a combo of being busy and having login trouble with Blogger. I think the login trouble is on my end, dunno yet though.
forgot to weigh myself this morning before eating, so i decided to not weigh and throw off the stats. Will do it tomorrow.
also did 2 rounds of aerobics on top of my strength to make up for the lack of exercise last week.
I'll try and get things more regular, hang in there.
